1. Who we are
Closetfolio is an app published by Mohamed Djamil, sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle, SIREN 108339714), based in Toulouse, France, under the OMNAI Apps brand. Contact: closetfolio.support@omnaiapps.com.
2. Acceptance and minimum age
By creating an account or using Closetfolio, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
Closetfolio is for people aged 15 and over. Having a profile in the Club, posting in it and using virtual try-on are reserved for people aged 18 and over. Age is self-declared; a false declaration may lead to the account being deleted.
3. The service
Closetfolio is a digital wardrobe. Among other things, the app lets you:
- photograph and organise your clothes and accessories;
- see an estimate of their resale value, and of your whole wardrobe;
- prepare a listing and open a search on a resale platform;
- put together outfits and get suggestions based on the season, the weather and your tastes;
- keep track of what you wear and the cost of each wear;
- share your outfits in a community, the Club;
- virtually try on an outfit on your photo or on your avatar (Pro plan).
4. What Closetfolio is not
- Estimates are not offers to buy. The value shown is an indicative estimate, calculated from the brand, type, condition and age of the pieces. The actual price of a sale depends on the buyer, the platform and the market. We do not guarantee any selling price.
- Closetfolio is not a selling platform. We do not sell anything for you and never publish a listing on your behalf. Vinted, StockX, Vestiaire Collective and the other platforms mentioned are independent services, which are neither partners of nor affiliated with Closetfolio, unless stated otherwise. Your sales take place on these platforms, under their own terms.
- Affiliate links. Some links to resale platforms may earn us a commission if you buy there. This changes neither the price nor the order of the results.
- Virtual try-on is a preview. The image is generated by artificial intelligence. The actual drape, size and colours of a garment may be different.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is done from your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings: deletion is immediate and permanent.
6. Subscriptions, free trial and prices
- Closetfolio can be used for free. The Closetfolio Plus and Closetfolio Pro plans give access to extra features, by the week, the month or the year.
- Price: the exact price, in your currency, is shown in the app and by the store before any purchase. Prices may vary from country to country.
- Free trial: a 3-day trial may be offered on monthly and yearly subscriptions, once per person. Its end date is shown before purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that date, the subscription starts and is charged.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, from your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which is already paid for.
- Payment and refunds: payment is charged to your store account (Apple or Google) when you confirm the purchase. Refund requests are made to the store, under its own rules.
- Launch offers and promotions: they are always limited in time, with their end date. We never show a permanent struck-through price.
- Try-on credits: bought as one-off purchases in the store, they are added to the quota included in Pro, do not expire as long as your account exists, and are neither refundable nor transferable, unless the store decides otherwise or the law provides otherwise.
- Right of withdrawal: by starting to use a subscription or credits as soon as you buy them, you request immediate performance of the service, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal under the conditions laid down by law. Refunds remain possible under the store's rules.
7. Quotas and reasonable use
Some features have limits: one outfit suggestion per day on the free version, a monthly try-on quota in Pro, posting and reporting limits in the Club. They are shown in the app. Automated or abusive use may be blocked.
8. Your content
Your photos, your item details and your posts belong to you. You only grant us the right to store, process and display them to make the service work: in your wardrobe for you alone, and in the Club for the members who can see them when you post there. This right ends when you delete the content or your account.
You guarantee that you have the right to publish what you publish, in particular photos in which other people appear.
9. The Club: community rules
The Club is a kind place. You may not post:
- nudity or sexual content, and any image of a minor;
- harassment, insults, hateful or discriminatory remarks;
- mockery of someone's body, weight or budget;
- violence;
- counterfeits, or content that infringes the rights of others (copyright, trademarks, image rights);
- spam, unsolicited advertising, scams, or contact details to carry on elsewhere (links, emails, phone numbers);
- underwear and swimwear.
Reactions are predefined and positive: there are no free-text comments.
10. Moderation and reports (DSA)
- Filter and review: posts go through an automatic filter. The first three worn photos of each account are checked by a person before they become visible.
- Report: every post and every profile can be reported from the app, with a reason and optional details. We review every report. A post reported by several people is hidden while it is being checked.
- Decisions: we may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules or the law, reset a handle, erase a bio, remove a profile photo, or suspend the ability to post. The reason for each decision is shown to you in the app.
- Challenge: you can challenge a decision by writing to closetfolio.support@omnaiapps.com. Your request is reviewed by a person, and we reply to you.
- Block: you can block an account. You will no longer see each other, and any follows between you are removed.
11. Virtual try-on
Virtual try-on (Pro) is reserved for people aged 18 and over, on your own photo only. You may not use another person's photo without their consent, or a photo of a minor. The body is never retouched or slimmed, and no comment is ever made about anyone's physical appearance. The photo you send is deleted after the try-on, unless you choose to keep it. Underwear and swimwear cannot be tried on.
12. Intellectual property
The app, its name, its logo, its texts and its design belong to the publisher. The trademarks mentioned (Vinted, StockX, Vestiaire Collective, Apple, Google…) belong to their owners. The city database comes from GeoNames, under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Weather is provided by Apple Weather.
13. Availability and changes to the service
We do our best to keep Closetfolio running continuously, but we cannot guarantee it. Features may change. If a feature included in a paid subscription is removed, we will let you know in advance in the app.
14. Termination
You can stop using Closetfolio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, after telling you the reason, except in an emergency or where required by law.
15. Liability
Closetfolio is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for selling or buying decisions made on the basis of the estimates, for transactions carried out on third-party platforms, or for content posted by other members. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.
16. Applicable law, mediation and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If there is a dispute, write to us first: we always look for an amicable solution. As a consumer, you can also use a consumer mediator free of charge; the competent mediator will be named here before subscription sales open. If no amicable solution is found, the competent courts are those designated by law.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will let you know in the app about any significant change before it takes effect.
